SECTION 1 - SHIPPING POLICY
Our website (https://www.ucreateweprint.com/) ships all over Canada and the USA and we always do the best to make sure the canvas, portraits, products (“products”) are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Please note that the orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the checkout page, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIME
Usually, we ship the prepared canvas as soon as it's ready for delivery and this normally doesn’t take more than 2 days to deliver through standard shipping. We check every product before delivery and make sure that is in good condition before shipment.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING FEE & DELIVERY TIME
U Create We Print will either ship through standard shipping which does not carry any shipping charges inside Canada or there may be few shipping charges in case of special shipping or if we are shipping inside the USA. The shipping charges will be calculated and included in the final order price. Please note that the delivery time is not always stable, and it is out of our control too, because it is dependent on destination and a host of other factors, such as weather, emergency, lockdowns, and busy shipping season.
SECTION 4 - DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Furthermore, deliveries that are delayed due weather conditions, global events, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.
SECTION 5 - REFUND DUE TO INACCURATE PACKAGE
If you do not receive your correct purchase within the specified time period, you can ask for a full refund. We may require some additional proof to verify the inaccuracy of the sent product.
SECTION 7 - TRACKING NUMBER
You will receive a true tracking number once your order is shipped out. You can also track it a few days later because the tracking information usually updates in 1-3 working days. In case of any questions, you can contact us by sending emails to email@example.com.
