SECTION 1 - SHIPPING POLICY
Our website (https://www.ucreateweprint.com/) ships all over Canada and the USA and we always do the best to make sure the canvas, portraits, products (“products”) are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Please note that the orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the checkout page, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be held liable if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
SECTION 2 - PROCESSING TIME
Usually, we ship the prepared canvas as soon as it's ready for delivery and this normally doesn’t take more than 2 days to deliver through standard shipping. We check every product before delivery and make sure that is in good condition before shipment.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING FEE & DELIVERY TIME
U Create We Print will either ship through standard shipping which does not carry any shipping charges inside Canada or there may be few shipping charges in case of special shipping or if we are shipping inside the USA. The shipping charges will be calculated and included in the final order price. Please note that the delivery time is not always stable, and it is out of our control too, because it is dependent on destination and a host of other factors, such as weather, emergency, lockdowns, and busy shipping season.
SECTION 4 - DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Furthermore, deliveries that are delayed due weather conditions, global events, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.

The terms for the return of our products is provided as follows. The retail products purchased on our website may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note if the time limit has been passed since the delivery of the products, we will be unable to offer you any refund. • The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

To return a product do the following:

• Please use the same e-mail which was originally used to purchase the product and also confirm your order number when sending us the e-mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Send it to the shipping address provided to your through email.
• You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SECTION 6 - AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund or replacement has been approved.
SECTION 7 - REFUND PROCESS
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the product will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email.
If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in your records, so before contacting us, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment services.
If you have chosen for replacement then the replaced product will be delivered to you within 7 days.
SECTION 8 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped and will result in order cancellation. You will get a refund for the total of the merchandise. Please note that the shipping costs you paid will be deducted from the total refund.
